Where We Work
We're based out of 5015 Citation Dr, Memphis, TN 38118, and most of our calls come from a tight ring around that address: Orange Mound sits right at our back door to the southwest, with three miles north four miles east-southeast four miles east-northeast four miles south-southeast four miles north-northeast four miles west-northwest. We also run out to Downtown, and out to the edges of the metro in Germantown, Millington, Lakeland, and Arlington when the job calls for it.
That radius matters because the doors change as you move through it. Across these neighborhoods the housing stock mostly went up between 1972 and 2004, with a lot of it dating to the 1980s and 90s, and that tells us before we even pull up what kind of spring system, track width, and opener mount we're probably dealing with. A house built in 1991 in one built the same year in usually came with the same builder-grade torsion setup, which means we're not guessing at parts twice.
We don't claim coverage outside this area, and we won't quote a job in a town we don't actually drive.
Getting Hold of Us
Call 901-414-4820. That's the number that rings our shop, not a call center, and it's the fastest way to get a time on the books. We don't run live chat and we don't have a form that promises a callback in a set number of minutes - if we're on a job, you'll get voicemail, and we call back between stops.
We work out of 5015 Citation Dr, Memphis, TN 38118. If you want to see what we cover or check in before scheduling, the rundown is on our site at /.
One honest limit here: we don't carry every panel style or every color match on the truck, especially for older doors that have been discontinued by the original maker. If your door needs a part that has to come from a supplier, we'll tell you the lead time up front instead of guessing, and sometimes that means a few extra days rather than same-day.
What We Actually Do
Garage doors, start to finish
Broken torsion and extension springs, snapped cables, bent track, worn rollers, opener repair and replacement, and full door swaps when a panel's too far gone to patch. Given that median household income across the service area runs around $119,876 and there are roughly 21,201 owner-occupied houses among the 29,992 households we draw from, a lot of our calls are owners weighing a repair against a full replacement on a door that's 15 to 30 years old - we'll tell you straight which side of that line your door is on.

Memphis sits in a cold-moderate climate band
Which is milder than a true northern winter but still cold enough that steel contracts, torsion springs lose tension faster, and nylon rollers crack over a winter if they're already worn. That's a different failure pattern than what you'd see somewhere that never drops below freezing, and it's part of why a spring that looked fine in October can snap on the first genuinely cold morning.
What we don't do: gate systems, fence work, or general handyman jobs
If a call turns out to be about something other than the garage door itself, we'll say so rather than take the job anyway.
Who Does the Work
The people who show up at your house are the people who do the repair - we don't subcontract out spring jobs or opener installs to someone else. Given how much of the area's housing dates to the 1972-2004 window, with a concentration in the 1980s and 90s, a good share of the work is matching parts to doors that are older than a lot of the openers sold today, which means knowing which torsion drums and end bearing plates still fit before you order anything.
We're not going to tell you how many trucks we run or how long we've been doing this, because those aren't facts we're listing here. What we can tell you is that the work itself - diagnosing a spring, setting tension correctly, squaring a track, wiring an opener safely - doesn't change based on how the company markets itself, and that's the part we hold ourselves to on every call in this part of Memphis.
